Advantages in comparison with the competition

  • The advantages of our machines are based on their performance and precision.
  • The main advantage is the multi-angle cutting which means that it is possible to cut in x different angles with just one fastening of the cassette. This eliminates any imprecision caused by the repeated fastening of the cassette on various machines or separate canters. Furthermore, these machines use plane cutting (flat round disc) which ensures the flatness of each cut facet. The oscillating movement of the entire fastening array means that the tool is worn evenly along the entire working surface of the cutting disk.
  • The machine equipment has been designed for cutting and polishing stones made of material harder than glass. However, the materials may be natural (precious stones or semi-precious stones) or synthetic (diamond, ruby, cubic zirconium and so on). All of the semi-products are positioned in relation to the tools together, which ensures that they are cut identically. As such, this machine differs from the manual cutting of these stones, because it admittedly ensures the absolute individuality of each machine load, but at the same time also enables the production of a large number of individual pieces which are practically dimensionally identical. The individuality of the shape is given by the fact that the cassette holder can be placed at all angles in relation to the tool and all of the pins anchored in the body of the cassette also enable a wide range of rotations; in the given case up to 96 angular rotations around their own axis.

  • Designed for processing natural stones (precious stones, semi-precious stones) or synthetic stones (diamond, ruby, cubic zirconium and so on).
  • Stones of up to hardness class 10.
