The Unigem machinery is a set of 4 separate machines designed for cutting and polishing raw precious, semi-precious and synthetic stones. The vast majority of commercial cutting done today is labor intensive and low tech. Our new technology differs from manual cutting ensuring absolute individuality of each machine load and production of a larger number of identical pieces while using more of the volume of the uncut stone.
Our new gem cutting technology has the biggest potential is in high volume cutting allowing to produce more product less expensively.
